一、职位：资深Web应用服务器架构师
地点：北京

职位描述：
1． 负责下一代网络广告平台的后端应用服务器的架构设计和基础模块程序实施；
2． 制定软件规格、开发框架和实现方案；
3． 建立规范的项目文档、可以完成核心模块的编写，并指导程序设计员进行模块设计、编码；
4． 确定设计元素的分组以及主要模块之间的接口；
5． 负责数据库设计和优化；
6． 研究互联网最新的应用和开发技术，引导技术发展方向，保证系统架构的先进性和稳定性。
任职资格：
1． 计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学历；3年以上JAVA项目架构设计经验；
2． 熟悉J2EE架构及J2EE服务器配置、部署和优化；
3． 熟练掌握MySQL种数据库产品，熟悉数据库性能优化；

二、职位：数字广告技术平台产品经理

职位描述：
1． 把握数字广告技术平台的发展规律和未来趋势，分析市场和竞品动态，积极从用户、市场和技术发展中提炼和管理产品需求；
2． 负责产品规划、设计和产品生命周期管理；撰写产品需求文档（PRD）、功能定义（Feature Spec）、用户界面（UI layout），交互设计（UI Flow，Use Case，UI Resource）等详细设计文档；
3． 与其他职能团队合作，协调设计、开发、测试、上线运营等活动，保证产品按时高质量的发布，确保产品的可行性，推动新产品、新功能的研发和推广。
任职资格：
1． 本科或以上学历，计算机、信息管理、营销或相关专业；
2． 熟悉常规互联网技术，以及互联网广告所需的基础技术知识；熟悉互联网广告平台，对互联网广告市场、广告网络、广告产品有深刻理解和认识；

五、Hadoop and Data Mining Engineer
Job Responsibilities include:
1.Work with local and remote teams to analyze the business requirements, design, develop distributed analytic solution and products.
2.Individually contributing in a high performance development team to deliver the solutions/products within schedule and with good quality.
3.Responsible for design, coding, unit testing, defect fix, etc.
Qualification for this position:
1.At least 3 years software design and development experience.
2.Strong software development and programming skills Familiar with Linux (Redhat & Debian).
3.Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE/Web application programming.
4.Familiar with Python, Perl and Shell script programming.
5.Familiar with analytic algorithm (Data mining and machine learning) and distributed programming.
6.Has strong interest for the new technologies and able to pick up quickly.
7.Good cross-team communication skill and ability to drive to close.
8.Experience with agile development is a plus.
9.Open Source development experience is a plus.
10.Hadoop experience is a strong plus.
