国外著名技术网站InfoWorld今天发布了2010年度25名***CTO榜单，榜单致辞中表示，这些CTO们的获奖理由是在金融危机中迎难而上，有效利用技术力量维持了公司的竞争力。文章如下：
对于IT业的许多公司来说，2009年就像核冬天一样，由于资源的匮乏，他们中的许多不得不挣扎度日。不过，依然有不少公司利用IT技术大幅提升了公司效率，进入到极少数新的成长性市场，或者解决了根本性问题从而使公司能够在市场上坚守下来。
